The TimeMark 404-24V is a bubbler liquid level sensor for a 24V AC (20-28V AC), 47-65 Hz supply. It reads the depth from the air pressure in a bubbler tube (0-34.6 ft of water) and switches 4 trip-point outputs for a TimeMark 403 controller or 448 output relay board.
Sensor: bubbler: internal air-pressure-to-voltage transducer (0-15 psi). Set points: 4. Set point adjustment: coarse and fine pots per level, read on the display. Dead band: 0.1 ft. Accuracy: +-2% (calibration). Repeatability: +-1% (fixed conditions). Display: 3-digit LED, level to 0.1 ft. Air supply: small compressor, 15 psi; 3/16 in I.D. tubing.
Signal output: 4-20 mA proportional to 0-34.6 ft of water. Switching outputs: 4 open-collector transistors, 12 V DC, 10 mA. Mounting: panel (in an enclosure). Indicators: LED per level. Power: 2 W.
