The TimeMark 663 is a pump-down control for a 24V DC +-5% (30 mA max) supply. The pump relay energizes above the high set point until the level falls below the low set point.
Sensing: 4-20 mA transducer loop (e.g. TimeMark 672-15). Set points: 2 (high and low, field adjustable). Input: 4-20 mA; 50 ohm input. Reset: automatic.
Output: 2 relays: pump down and high alarm, 10 A at 240 V AC resistive. Alarms: high alarm 10% above the high set point; input loop error (above 23 mA or below 3 mA). Mounting: plug-in, on an 11-pin octal (TimeMark 51X016 socket) base. Indicators: PUMP DOWN, HIGH ALARM and INPUT LOOP ERROR LEDs. It operates from -25 to +50 °C.
