The TimeMark 4052 is a duplex pump-down controller for a 120V AC +-10%, 50/60 Hz supply. It empties a well or sump with two alternating pumps, with high and low alarms.
Sensing: 4-20 mA transducer, 2- or 3-wire (TimeMark 450 or 456-15; optional 0-5 V); float switches through a TimeMark 460D. Set points: 5 (low alarm, pumps off, level 1, level 2, high alarm). Pumps: 2, alternating; hand-off-auto per pump. Input: 4-20 mA (optional 0-5 V); range selectable 0-5 to 0-150 psi (11.5-346 ft). Delay: 0...30 s (programmable on-delay). Display: 6-digit LED: level (0-346 ft), pump run times, on-delay. Communication: RS-485 Modbus.
Output: 4 x SPDT (pump 1, pump 2, high alarm, low alarm) + 1 SPDT power-loss relay, 10 A at 120 V AC resistive (power-loss relay 5 A). Signal output: 4-20 mA, zero and span adjustable; 300 ohm max. Alarms: high and low alarm relays; power-loss relay; seal-fail inputs per pump. Mounting: panel or surface (TimeMark 4000 surface-mounting kit). Indicators: low alarm, pump 1 / pump 2 running, high alarm LEDs. Power: 8 W max. It operates from -10 to +50 °C. Approvals: UL Recognized (U.S. and Canada).
