The TimeMark C278 is an AC current transducer that turns a 0-5 A AC current, normally the secondary of a current transformer, into a 4-20 mA DC signal for a meter, PLC or controller. It runs from 115V AC, 50/60 Hz.
Input: 0-5 A AC, 25-400 Hz. Sensing: internal linear transformer; 0-5 A from an external CT (TimeMark 276). Accuracy: 2% at 25 °C. Response: 800 ms (0-99%). Isolation: 1500 VRMS input, output, case.
Mounting: plug-in, on an 8-pin octal base (TimeMark 51X120 socket, sold separately).
