The TimeMark 412 is an automatic reverse controller for a 120V AC +-10% 50/60 Hz supply. It detects a jammed sewage grinder by its current and runs up to 5 forward / reverse cycles, then alarms and locks out.
Contacts: 3 x SPDT (start, forward / reverse, alarm). Power: less than 2 watts. Inputs: current loop inputs: direct connection 10 amps at 240VAC or 5 amps at 480VAC 3-phase (up to 2 hp motors); CT secondaries to the 5 amp terminals for higher currents. Set points: cycles: 0 to 5 cycles user-selectable (CYCLES knob); current level: CURRENT ADJUST (min-max). Delays: over-current detect: half second; full cycle period: 7 seconds; reverse cycle time: 0.5 seconds; start contact open: 3 seconds. Output: 10 A at 240 V AC resistive. Reset: locked out after last cycle; reset by removing and re-applying the operating voltage. Indicators: LEDs: FWD, REV, ALARM. Life: 10,000,000 operations mechanical, 100,000 electrical.
Mounting: panel mount. Dimensions: 5.0" x 7.6" x 2.8". It operates from -29 to +60 °C.
