The SunLED XZCMEDGCBD56W is a rgb red / green / blue right-angle surface mount LED in a 3.0x1.0x1.5mm package, with a peak wavelength of 630 nm red, 515 nm green and 460 nm blue.
It is rated 14 mcd red, 89 mcd green and 9 mcd blue typical (6 mcd red, 50 mcd green and 4 mcd blue minimum) at 2 mA, with a forward voltage of 1.8 V red, 2.65 V green and 2.65 V blue.
Its water clear lens gives a 150° viewing angle.
It is designed for ultra-low drive current and halogen free, and operates from -40°C to +85°C.
