The SunLED XZCBDMEDGK161W is a rgb blue / red / green right-angle surface mount LED in a 2.5x0.7x1.0mm package, with a peak wavelength of 460 nm blue, 630 nm red and 515 nm green.
It is rated 64 mcd blue, 108 mcd red and 547 mcd green typical (40 mcd blue, 80 mcd red and 400 mcd green minimum) at 20 mA, with a forward voltage of 3.3 V blue, 2 V red and 3.3 V green.
Its water clear lens gives a 130° viewing angle.
It is halogen free, and operates from -40°C to +85°C.
