Series Features
SIL Series Reed Relay
Series DescriptionThe SIL Series is a general-purpose, instrumentation-grade reed relay designed for compact, high-density PCB layouts. Housed in a rugged thermoset overmolded single-in-line (SIL) package, it occupies 50% less PCB area than traditional DIP and DIL formats, making it ideal for space-constrained designs in test and measurement, telecommunications, and security systems.
Available in SPST-NO (Form 1A), SPST-NC (Form 1B), and SPDT (Form 1C) contact configurations, the SIL Series supports coil voltages from 3 VDC to 24 VDC, with coil resistance ranging from 80 to 2,000 Ω. It is rated for up to 50 W, 500 VDC, and 2 A, and offers optional diode protection, magnetic shielding, and high dielectric strength up to 4 kVDC. UL approval ensures compliance with global safety standards.
- Compact SIL package with thermoset overmolding
- 50% smaller footprint than DIP/DIL relay formats
- Dielectric strength up to 4 kVDC
- Optional diode protection for coil suppression
- Optional magnetic shielding for improved isolation
- UL Certificate of Compliance for safety assurance
- Through-hole (THT) mounting for secure PCB integration
