The Schneider Electric 831VS-24D is a single-phase voltage monitor for 24V DC motors. It protects against over/undervoltage. Sensing: Self-powered: the monitored voltage is wired across terminals A1 and A2.
Trip / reset points: low voltage Adjustable, 30...99% of the upper trip point (Umin dial); high voltage Adjustable, 18...30V DC (Umax dial).
Trip delay: 0...10 s adjustable. Accuracy: 5% of mechanical setting. Diagnostics: Green LED with input voltage; red LED blinks while timing, steady when the relay is energized.
Output: 1 Form C (SPDT), 15 A at 120/240 V AC and 24 V DC; max switching voltage 250 V AC / 24 V DC; breaking capacity 4000 VA (AC1), 384 W DC; inrush 30 A < 3 s. Mounting: 35 mm DIN rail (EN 50022), any position, screw terminal. Dimensions: 90 x 17.6 x 65 mm (3.5 x 0.7 x 2.6 in), H x W x D.
It operates from -20 to +55 °C and can be stored from -30 to +55 °C. Approvals: UL (E234203).
