The Littelfuse SSAC T2D120A21 is a solid-state lockout with random start timer module for 120/230 V AC, with a 1 A solid-state output (10 A inrush). Its delay is adjustable from 1 to 100 seconds with its onboard knob.
Two connections: (1) random start plus lockout -- on power-up a random start delay runs before the output energizes, and whenever the thermostat opens a lockout delay of the same length keeps the compressor off; (2) wired in series with the load it is a two-terminal delay-on-make timer. 24 V AC units work with cooling anticipators of 3000 ohms or more.
Output: 1A SPST-NO. Voltage drop about 2.5 V at full load. Repeat accuracy: ±1% or 20 ms, whichever is greater. Setting accuracy: ±30%. Supply tolerance: ±20% of nominal; 50/60 Hz.
It is surface mounted and has 0.250 in (6.3 mm) male quick-connect terminals. It operates from -20 to +60 °C and stores from -40 to +85 °C.
