The Littelfuse SSAC FS324-90 is a solid-state flasher for 24 V DC, with a 1.5 A output (15 A inrush). It flashes at a fixed 90 flashes per minute (±10%), a custom rate set at the factory. It flashes incandescent and resistive loads.
Upon application of input voltage the OFF time begins; at the end of it the load energizes for the ON time, then de-energizes, and the cycle repeats until input voltage is removed. Removing input voltage resets the output and the sequence to the OFF time. Two-terminal series connection; high immunity to line noise and transients for moving vehicles.
Sequence: OFF first, ≈ 50% on. Supply tolerance: ±20% of nominal. Connection: two-terminal, in series with the load (either side). Other fixed rates: 60 to 150 FPM, to order.
It is surface mounted with one #10 (M5) screw and has 0.250 in (6.3 mm) male quick-connect terminals. Dimensions: 2" H x 2" W x 1.21" D (50.8 x 50.8 x 30.7 mm). It operates from -20 to +60 °C and stores from -40 to +85 °C.
