The Littelfuse SSAC DCSA5 is a loop-powered AC current transducer for 0-5 A AC, with a 4-20 mA or voltage output.
A loop-powered transducer whose analog output is directly proportional to the RMS AC current through the LCSC10T12 toroidal sensor, factory calibrated for 0-5 A. Reverse-polarity protected.
Output: 4-20 mA, 1-5 V DC or 2-10 V DC, proportional to the RMS current. Sensor: External LCSC10T12 toroid (1000 turns), sold separately. Input: 0-5 mA AC. Supply: 10-30 V DC loop power (40 V DC for 1 min). Accuracy: ±0.5% of full scale (factory calibration). Repeatability: ±0.25% of full scale. Response: ≈300 ms. Temperature coefficient: ±0.05%/°C. Isolation: Input to output not isolated. Zero adjust: ≈3.75-4.25 mA. Span adjust: 18-22 mA. Adjustment: Multi-turn mini-screw potentiometers.
Mounting: DIN 1 and DIN 3 rail; Wire clamp, 22-14 AWG. It operates from -30 to +60 °C and stores from -40 to +85 °C.
