Littelfuse SSAC ECSW3LABT

The Littelfuse SSAC ECSW3LABT is a single-phase AC window (over and undercurrent) sensor with a built-in toroidal current sensor and an isolated SPDT relay output, powered from 24 V DC. Its overcurrent and undercurrent trip points are adjustable from 0.5 to 5 A. The trip delay is adjustable from 0.15 to 7 s, with a 0.1 s start-up delay so starting current does not trip it.

Window sensing: the output stays in its normal state while the current is between the undercurrent and overcurrent trip points, and transfers when it stays outside them for the full trip delay. Latching (reset by removing input voltage) or automatic reset; with zero current detection on, a load that cycles off (under 250 mA-turns) does not trip it. Detects locked rotor, jam, loss of load, an open heater or lamp load, a broken belt or loss of suction.

Output: 10 A resistive @ 240 VAC; 1/4 hp @ 125 VAC, 1/2 hp @ 250 VAC. Sensor: Built-in toroidal sensor (through-hole wiring for up to #4 AWG THHN); 50 A-turns steady, 300 A-turns inrush for 10 s. Trip point: Separate overcurrent and undercurrent trip points, 0.5-5 A. Hysteresis: None on the trip points. Supply tolerance: -15% / +20% of nominal; 50/60 Hz. Indicator: Red LEDs for over / undercurrent (trip point adjustment and fault), green LED output energized. Life: 1,000,000 operations mechanical, 100,000 operations electrical.

It is surface mounted with two #6 screws and has terminal blocks, 5 mm, up to #12 AWG. Dimensions: 88.9 x 63.5 x 44.5 mm (3.5 x 2.5 x 1.75 in), H x W x D. It operates from -40 to +60 °C and stores from -40 to +85 °C.
