Littelfuse SSAC HRV64AE

The Littelfuse SSAC HRV64AE is an accumulating vending timer for 230 V AC, with a 30 A isolated SPDT relay output. Its vend time is set from 0.25 to 31.75 minutes on DIP switches, and 1 to 7 coins start a vend, with each further coin adding a vend period.

Input voltage must be applied before and during operation. When the number of coin (initiate) switch closures reaches the coins-to-start setting, the load energizes and the vend time begins, and every further coin adds one more vend period to the total (up to 250 coins). Removing input voltage resets the vend time, the coin counter and the output. The coin switch can also drive a counter. For single-coin or token vending machines; the 30 A relay runs compressors, pumps, motors, heaters and lights directly.

Output: 30 A (NO) / 15 A (NC) general purpose and resistive at 125/240 V AC; 20 A / 10 A at 28 V DC; NO 1 hp at 125 V AC, 2 hp at 240 V AC. Life: 1,000,000 mechanical, 100,000 electrical operations. Coin switch: 20 ms closed, 20 ms open minimum. Setting accuracy: 0 to +2% or 50 ms, whichever is greater; repeat accuracy ±0.1% or 20 ms, whichever is greater. Supply tolerance: -20% / +10% of nominal; 50/60 Hz.

It is surface mounted with one #10 (M5) screw and has 0.250 in (6.3 mm) male quick-connect terminals. Dimensions: 3" H x 2" W x 1.5" D (76.7 x 50.8 x 38.1 mm). It operates from -40 to +70 °C and stores from -40 to +85 °C.
