The Panasonic AQY232SZ is a PhotoMOS HS MOSFET relay with a 1A SPST-NO output rated 60 V and 0.5 A continuous (1.5 A peak) for AC/DC loads, in a SOP4 surface mount package.
Its on resistance is 2.5 Ω maximum (0.85 Ω typical). It turns on in 5 ms and off in 2.0 ms. The LED input operates at 0.5 mA maximum (50 mA absolute maximum forward current).
