The Panasonic AQW277 is a PhotoMOS PD MOSFET relay with a 2A DPST-NO output rated 200 V and 0.55 A continuous (2.0 A peak) for AC/DC loads, in a DIP8 through hole package.
Its on resistance is 1.1 Ω maximum (0.7 Ω typical). It turns on in 5.0 ms and off in 3.0 ms. The LED input operates at 3.0 mA maximum (50 mA absolute maximum forward current).
Input to output isolation is 2500 Vrms. Off-state leakage current is 10 µA maximum. It operates from -40 to +85 °C. Approvals: UL Recognized, CSA, TÜV.
