The Panasonic APV2121S is a photovoltaic MOSFET driver, generating 8.2 V open-circuit and 8 µA short-circuit current to drive a discrete MOSFET gate, in a SOP4 surface mount package.
It turns on in 0.8 ms (typ.) and off in 0.1 ms (typ.). The LED input operates at 3.0 mA maximum (50 mA absolute maximum forward current).
Input to output isolation is 2500 Vrms. It operates from -40 to +85 °C.
