The Panasonic ARA220A03X is a high frequency relay with 2C DPDT contacts, rated for signals up to 1 GHz at 50 Ω, with surface mount terminals.
Isolation: Open contacts: min. 20 dB; contact sets: min. 30 dB. Maximum RF input power: 3W (1 GHz, 50Ω, V.S.W.R. Max. 1.2). The contacts are also rated 10mA 10V DC, 1A 30V DC resistive.
The 3VDC coil is 2-coil latching and draws 46.7 mA (140 mW). It operates in 4 ms and releases in 4 ms maximum. Contacts are gold clad silver alloy.
