The OptiFuse R1210-010-R is a 100 mA hold 1210 surface-mount resettable PTC fuse, rated 60 VDC maximum.
A PTC fuse carries its hold current indefinitely; on an overcurrent it heats, its resistance rises sharply and it limits the current to a trickle, then resets on its own once the fault is removed and power is cycled. This one always trips at 250 mA, in max. 1.50 s at 0.50 A.
It withstands a fault current of up to 10 A at rated voltage. Resistance: minimum 1.600 Ω, 15.00 Ω maximum one hour after tripping. Tripped, it dissipates typically 0.60 W. It operates from -40 to +85 °C.
Construction: outline 3.43 x 2.80 x 1.15 mm (max.); castellated (notched) terminals; pure tin terminations.
