The OptiFuse CBW57-EJ-6A is a 6 A low profile thermal circuit breaker, push to reset, rated 125/250 VAC and 32/50 VDC.
It mounts through the panel on a 12.5 mm high plastic 3/8"-27 threaded bushing, in a 9.5 mm diameter, 8.5 mm across flat cutout, and is held by a metal knurled nut.
Its terminals are #8-32 screw terminals, 90° Reverse Bend; the reset button is black.
It interrupts 1000 A @ 125/250 VAC (3-30 A), 400 A @ 125/250 VAC (3-20 A), 300 A @ 50 VDC (3-30 A). Trip times at 25 °C, as a share of the rating: 100%: no trip; 150%: trips within 1 hour; 200%: 5-30 s; 300%: 1.5-5 s. It operates from -10 to +60 °C.
It is ignition protected to SAE J1171 and UL 1500, for marine engine compartments. Approvals: cURus (UR) 125/250 VAC, 50 VDC, CCC 125/250 VAC, TÜV 125/250 VAC, 32 VDC, VDE 125/250 VAC, RoHS Compliant.
Typical uses: supplementary overcurrent protection for equipment on utility power or high-current AC/DC circuits: industrial equipment, motor homes and marine.
