- Ignition protected fuse designed for loads up to 500A and circuits up to 125VDC. This fuse opens swiftly when exposed to temporary overload currents that might occur with DC battery powered equipment, whose heavy-duty loads can lead to power surges.
- Approved for installation aboard gasoline-powered boats, it meets the SAE J1171 standards and features silver-plated terminals for corrosion resistance. With a 6,000A Interrupt Rating, it satisfies ABYC requirements for DC main circuit protection on large battery banks, making it suitable for use alongside a vehicle's battery as the primary source of power protection.
- Additionally, its clear window allows for easy identification of open fuses, while its blade design permits straightforward replacement by loosening the nuts without complete removal.
