The OptiFuse 153110-SS is a 110 A high amp stud automotive circuit breaker with manual reset (SAE J553 Type III), rated 42 VDC / 48 VDC.
It is surface mount; its terminals are 1/4"-28 studs (stainless steel (sus 304)).
Its body is thermoset plastic (UL94V-0).
A push-to-trip button lets it be switched off by hand, so it doubles as a circuit isolator.
It interrupts 3000 A @ 30 VDC (ABYC E-11); 1500 A @ 48 VDC; 3000 A @ 44 VDC. Trip times at 25 °C, as a share of the rating: 100%: no trip ( ≥ 30 min); 135%: max. 30 min; 200%: 12-70 s; 300%: 3.5-15 s.
It is ignition protected to SAE J1171, for use in engine and fuel compartments and sealed to IP67.
Tested to SAE J553.
