The OptiFuse 642030 is a 30 A mid-range stud automotive circuit breaker with manual reset (SAE J553 Type III), rated 32 VDC.
It is panel mount (#8-32 threaded inserts); its terminals are #10-32 studs.
It interrupts 2500 A @ 32 VDC (ABYC E-11). Trip times at 25 °C, as a share of the rating: 100%: hold, no trip ( ≥ 30 min); 135%: trips within 30 min; 200%: 8.0-40.0 s; 300%: 1.2-12.0 s; 400%: 0.6-5.0 s. It operates from -40 to +85 °C.
It is ignition protected to SAE J1171, for use in engine and fuel compartments and sealed to IP66.
Tested to SAE J553, ABYC E-11.
