The OptiFuse TXF-12A is a 12 A time-delay (slow-blow) subminiature axial fuse with a 4 x 12 mm epoxy-coated body, supplied taped in an ammo pack.
A time-delay element rides through the brief inrush of motors, transformers and capacitive power supplies, yet still opens on a sustained overload. Its leads come out of each end for through-hole mounting or automatic insertion; each lead is 30 mm (1.18 in) long.
