The OptiFuse TSE-1.6A is a 1.6 A time-delay (slow-blow) glass cartridge fuse in the 5 x 15 mm size, rated 250 VAC.
A time-delay element rides through the brief inrush of motors, transformers and capacitive power supplies, yet still opens on a sustained overload. It fits standard fuse clips and holders of the same size.
Breaking capacity: 10kA @ 125 VAC; 100 A @ 250 VAC; 100 A @ 125 VAC (PSE); 100 A @ 250 VAC (PSE); 100 A @ 250 VAC KC. Opening times, as a percentage of the rated current: 100%: min. 4 h; 135%: max. 1 h; 200%: max. 120 s. Typical melting I²t 7.189 A²s. It operates from -55 to +125 °C.
