The OptiFuse TSD-P-15A is a 15 A time-delay (slow-blow) glass fuse in the 5 x 20 mm size, with axial leads (pigtails), rated 250 VAC.
A time-delay element rides through the brief inrush of motors, transformers and capacitive power supplies, yet still opens on a sustained overload. The axial leads solder straight to a board or terminal strip, with no holder.
Breaking capacity: 35A or 10In (whichever is larger). Opening times, as a percentage of the rated current: 210%: max. 5 min; 275%: 600ms to 15 s; 400%: 150ms to 5 s; 1000%: 20ms to 400ms. Typical melting I²t 1668 A²s. It operates from -55 to +125 °C.
