The OptiFuse TMR-E-4A is a 4 A time-delay (slow-blow) round micro fuse with long radial leads, rated 250 VAC.
A time-delay element rides through the brief inrush of motors, transformers and capacitive power supplies, yet still opens on a sustained overload. It mounts through-hole on a 5.08 mm (0.20 in) lead spacing, with 18.8 mm (0.74 in) leads.
Breaking capacity: 35 A or 10 x In (whichever is greater); 100 A @ 250 VAC (PSE). Opening times, as a percentage of the rated current: 210%: max. 2 min; 275%: 400 ms to 10 s; 400%: 150 ms to 3 s; 1000%: 20 ms to 150 ms. Typical melting I²t 88.16 A²s. It operates from -55 to +125 °C.
Construction: body 8.5 mm diameter; thermoplastic, UL 94V-0 body; leads tin-lead plated alloy.
