The OptiFuse TCD-10A is a 10 A time-delay (slow-blow) ceramic cartridge fuse in the 5 x 20 mm size, rated 250 VAC.
A time-delay element rides through the brief inrush of motors, transformers and capacitive power supplies, yet still opens on a sustained overload. It fits standard fuse clips and holders of the same size.
Breaking capacity: 1500 A @ 250 VAC. Opening times, as a percentage of the rated current: 210%: max. 30 min; 275%: 750ms to 80 s; 400%: 150ms to 5 s; 1000%: 10ms to 150ms. Typical cold resistance 0.0048 Ω, melting I²t 323.4 A²s. It operates from -55 to +125 °C.
Construction: ceramic body.
