The OptiFuse T6J-12A is a 12 A time-delay (slow-blow) UL Class J fuse, rated 600 VAC / 500 VDC.
Class J is a current-limiting 600 V branch-circuit fuse, physically smaller than an RK5 of the same rating and rejecting it in the holder. A time-delay element rides through the brief inrush of motors, transformers and capacitive power supplies, yet still opens on a sustained overload.
Interrupting rating: 200 kA @ 600 VAC; 100 kA @ 500 VDC.
Construction: 21 x 57 mm diameter x length; ferrule terminals.
It is cULus Listed (UL file E523284). Standards: UL 248-8, CSA C22.2 No. 248.8.
