The OptiFuse FSD-400MA is a 400 mA fast-acting glass cartridge fuse in the 5 x 20 mm size, rated 250 VAC.
A fast-acting fuse opens quickly on an overload, for resistive and lightly loaded circuits with little switch-on surge. It fits standard fuse clips and holders of the same size.
Breaking capacity: 35A or 10In @ 250 VAC (whichever value is larger). Opening times, as a percentage of the rated current: 210%: max. 30 min; 275%: 50ms to 2 s; 300%: 10ms to 300ms; 1000%: max. 20ms. Typical melting I²t 0.1224 A²s. It operates from -55 to +125 °C.
