The OptiFuse FMR-R-40MA is a 40 mA fast-acting square micro fuse with long radial leads, rated 250 VAC.
A fast-acting fuse opens quickly on an overload, for resistive and lightly loaded circuits with little switch-on surge. It mounts through-hole on a 5.08 mm (0.20 in) lead spacing, with 18.8 mm (0.74 in) leads.
Construction: body 8.5 x 4.3 mm; thermoplastic, UL 94V-0 body; leads copper alloy, tin plated.
