The OptiFuse FCM-12A is a 12 A fast-acting 2410 square ceramic surface-mount fuse, rated 65 VAC/DC.
A fast-acting fuse opens quickly on an overload, for resistive and lightly loaded circuits with little switch-on surge. It is a 2410 (6125 metric) package for reflow soldering, supplied on tape & reel, 1,000 per reel.
Breaking capacity: 50 A @ 65 VAC/DC; 300 A @ 24 VDC. Opening times, as a percentage of the rated current: 100%: min. 4 h; 200%: max. 60 s. It operates from -55 to +125 °C.
Construction: ceramic body; silver plated brass caps.
