The OptiFuse FCA-P-25A is a 25 A fast-acting ceramic fuse in the 6.3 x 32 mm (1/4 x 1-1/4 in) size, with axial leads (pigtails), rated 300 VAC / 125 VDC.
A fast-acting fuse opens quickly on an overload, for resistive and lightly loaded circuits with little switch-on surge. The axial leads solder straight to a board or terminal strip, with no holder.
Breaking capacity: 100 A @ 125 VAC; 100 A @ 250 VAC; 1000 A @ 300 VAC; 100 A @ 250 VAC (PSE); 400 A @ 125 VDC. Opening times, as a percentage of the rated current: 100%: min. 4 h; 135%: max. 1 h; 200%: max. 120 s. It operates from -55 to +125 °C.
Construction: ceramic body.
