The Metz Connect AST0241904 is a 19-position spring-clamp PCB terminal block on a 3.81 mm (0.150") pitch, with horizontal (90°) wire entry. It is UL rated 7 A at 150 V for 28-20 AWG wire, and IEC rated 6 A at 200 V (OVC III, PD 2) for 0.2-0.5 mm² wire.
The housing is gray polyamide PA, rated UL 94 V-0, insulation group CTI 600, IP20 protection. Wires are held by a spring-steel clamp opened with an eccentric lever. Strip wires 6 mm. Contacts are tin bronze (CuSn), nickel + tin plated. Solder pins are 5 mm long, for wave soldering per JEDEC JESD22-B102E (245°C / 5 s). It operates from -40°C to 105°C.
