The Metz Connect 31251202 is a 2-position pluggable terminal block plug on a 10.16 mm (0.400") pitch, with vertical (0°) wire entry. It is UL rated 16 A at 600 V for 28-12 AWG wire, and IEC rated 12 A at 400 V (OVC III, PD 2) for 0.08-4 mm² wire.
The housing is black polyamide PA66, rated UL 94 V-0, insulation group CTI 600, IP20 protection. Terminals are brass (CuZnPb), nickel plated, with M3 screws. Tighten to 0.5 Nm (4.4 lb-in); strip wires 8 mm. Plug contacts are tin bronze (CuSn), tin plated. It operates from -40°C to 105°C.
