The Metz Connect 31166105 is a 5-position pluggable terminal block plug on a 3.50 mm (0.138") pitch, with horizontal (90°) wire entry. It is UL rated 8 A at 125 V for 28-16 AWG wire, and IEC rated 6 A at 250 V (OVC III, PD 2) for 0.08-1.5 mm² wire.
The housing is black polyamide PA66, rated UL 94 V-0, insulation group CTI 600, IP00 protection. Terminals are brass (CuZnPb), nickel plated, with M2 screws. Tighten to 0.15 Nm (1.3 lb-in); strip wires 5 mm. Plug contacts are nickel silver (CuNiZn). It operates from -40°C to 105°C.
