The Macromatic LCP2A250F20 is a liquid level control relay rated 10 A at 240 V AC, 7 A at 28 V DC, driven by a 120V AC input.
It controls the level of a conductive liquid, pumping up to fill the tank.
It switches on a single probe at one level, with a factory-set 20 s delay so the pump cannot cycle on a moving surface.
The setpoint covers 1K to 250K ohms between probe and common, so it is the conductivity of the liquid that decides the part.
The probe is pulsed with 5 V DC rather than held at a steady potential, which is what stops it electroplating away in service.
It has Socketable mounting and Plug In terminals.
