The Macromatic ARF120A3R is an alternating relay with 2C DPDT output and rated 10 A at 240 V AC, 10 A at 24 V DC, driven by a 120V AC input.
It alternates two loads to even out their run time and can run both at once when extra capacity is called for.
It is driven by a LEAD and a LAG switch; the LEAD must always close before the LAG and open after it.
It plugs into an 8 Pin Octal socket, which is supplied with the relay.
The selector switch is three-position: ALTERNATE, or lock LOAD 1 or LOAD 2 to energise first.
It has Flange Mount, Socketable mounting and Plug In terminals.
