The Littelfuse SymCom 460-15 is a 3-phase voltage monitor for 190-480 V AC motors. It protects against low voltage, high voltage, voltage unbalance, phase loss and phase reversal. It senses the line voltage automatically against a user-selectable nominal setpoint.
Trip / reset points: low voltage 90% / 93% of setpoint (±1%); high voltage 110% / 107% of setpoint (±1%); voltage unbalance 2-8% adjustable / trip setting minus 1% (5-8%), minus 0.5% (2-4%) (NEMA).
Trip delay: 1-30 s adjustable (low, high, unbalanced voltage); 1 s fixed for single-phase faults (>15% unbalance). Restart delay: 1-500 s adjustable (after a fault or a complete power loss). Reset: Automatic. Accuracy: ±1%. Diagnostics: LED diagnostics (cause of trip and relay status).
Output: 2 Form A (2 NO), 8 A @ 240 VAC general purpose. Mounting: 35 mm DIN rail or surface mount (#6 or #8 screws). Dimensions: 88.9 x 52.9 x 59.69 mm (3.5 x 2.08 x 2.35 in), H x W x D.
It operates from -20 to +70 °C and can be stored from -40 to +80 °C. Approvals: UL 508, CE.
