The Littelfuse SymCom PC-105 is a 5-channel pump controller for 120 V AC. It runs duplex, triplex or quadplex pump control, pump-up or pump-down, including duplex SPS (separate pump stop); or a 5-channel relay. Alternating and non-alternating; the non-alternating pump can serve as a jockey or emergency pump.
Inputs: 5 inputs plus common. Alarms: Low, high and out-of-sequence alarms; external silence and reset. Lag pump delay: 2-255 s adjustable. Pump in-rush delay: 2 s. Set-up: DIP switches; individual pumps can be disabled for repair or maintenance; external alternation configuration. Probe voltage: 5 V DC continuous. Outputs: 7 A at 240 V AC general purpose, pilot duty 480 VA at 240 V AC, B300.
Mounting: 35 mm DIN rail or surface mount (#6 or #8 screws). Terminals: Screw terminal, 12-20 AWG, 4.5 in-lb max. Dimensions: 94.06 x 127.64 x 59.69 mm (3.703 x 5.025 x 2.35 in), H x W x D. Supply: 50/60 Hz (50 Hz lengthens all delays by 20%). Power: 4 W max. It operates from -20 to +55 °C. Approvals: UL 508.
