The Littelfuse SymCom 111-INSIDER-P is a single-phase pump monitor for 1/3-1/2 hp, 115 VAC pumps. It protects against dry-well, dead-head, jammed impeller, rapid-cycling, overvoltage, undervoltage conditions.
Trip points: overcurrent at 125% of calibration point; dry-well (underload) at 70-90% of calibrated run power, adjustable; overvoltage 132.5 VAC; undervoltage 95 VAC. Rapid-cycle protection: trips after 4 restarts in 60 s.
Trip delay: 5 s overcurrent; 4 s dry-well. Restart delay: 2 s after over/undervoltage; manual or 2-25 min (dry-well recovery timer) after other faults. Reset: Manual (restart-delay knob in the reset position), or automatic after the restart delay. Status: LED status and diagnostics.
Output: SPST, 1/2 hp @ 120 VAC (17 A max). Mounting: Inside the pump control box. Fits control boxes from: Pentek, Franklin, CentriPro, Grundfos (made after mid-2014), Flowise Pro, Flint and Walling. Included: IR Kit-12 (12 in fiber-optic Informer link).
It operates from -40 to +55 °C. Approvals: cURus (UL 508, CSA C22.2 No. 14).
