Littelfuse SymCom 77C-LR-KW/HP

The Littelfuse SymCom 77C-LR-KW/HP is a single-phase electronic motor overload relay for 100-240 V AC motors drawing 1-9 full-load amps (1.0-2.0 A (additional loop), 2.0-9.0 A direct). It protects against overload, underload (power), undervoltage and overvoltage. Power: Real-time kW or hp on the display; underload trip based on power. Power setting range: 0.01-650 kW or 0.01-871 hp, in 8 ranges.

Low voltage threshold: 85 V up to the high-voltage setting. High voltage threshold: Up to 264 V (down to the low-voltage setting). Overcurrent setting: 20-100 A divided by the number of conductor passes, or 80-120% of the CT primary (CT ratio 100-800:5). Overcurrent trip class: 5, 10, 15, 20 or 30, each with a J (jam protection) option, or linear. Restart delays: Rapid cycle 0 or 2-500 s; motor cool-down 2-500 min or s; dry-well recovery 2-500 min or s. Restart attempts: 0-4 or automatic, set separately after undercurrent and overcurrent. Reset: Automatic, manual by push button on the relay, or remote with a 777-MRSW or OL-Reset kit. Display: 3-digit LED display: programming, real-time voltage, current, kilowatts or horsepower, last fault code. Networking: Modbus (with the RS485MS-2W module), DeviceNet, Profibus or Ethernet via optional communication module; up to 99 units networked.
