The Littelfuse SymCom 777-575-LR-HRG-P2 is a 3-phase electronic motor overload relay for 500-600 V AC motors drawing 10-800 full-load amps with external CTs. It protects against overload, underload, phase loss, phase reversal, voltage and current unbalance, undervoltage and overvoltage, ground fault, low and high power (network programmable). Built for: 575 V utility services (Canada and the north-east US); High resistance grounding systems: an external zero-sequence CT and the built-in multipliers detect ground faults.
Overcurrent trip class: 02-60, J02-J60, L00-L60 or Off (J enables jam protection, L linear trip). Restart delays: 3 programmable timers: rapid cycle, motor cool-down and dry-well recovery. Reset: Automatic, semi-automatic or manual (selectable); push button on the relay or remote with a 777-MRSW or OL-Reset kit. Display: 3-digit LED display: programming, real-time voltage and current, last fault code. Networking: Modbus, DeviceNet, Profibus or Ethernet via optional communication module; up to 99 units networked.
Output: 1C SPDT, 10 A at 240 V AC. Mounting: DIN Rail/Panel Mount. Dimensions: 77.47 x 97.79 x 128.27 mm (3.05 x 3.85 x 5.05 in), H x W x D.
It operates from -20 to +70 °C and can be stored from -40 to +80 °C. Approvals: UL 508, UL 1053, CSA C22.2, CE.
