The Littelfuse SymCom PC-200-LLC-CZ is a liquid level control relay for conductive liquids, powered from 190-240 V AC. One unit serves pump-up (fill) and pump-down (drain) applications: it runs the pump between a high and a low probe, against a common reference (a conductive tank) or a common probe (a non-conductive tank). It is a drop-in replacement for the Crouzet PNR and PNRU level control.
Sensitivity: adjustable from 4.7K to 100K ohms, so it can be set to ignore foam or debris. A 2 s debounce delay keeps splashing in the tank from cycling the pump. Probe voltage: 5 V DC pulsed. Output: 10 A at 240 V AC general purpose; 480 VA at 240 V AC pilot duty.
It plugs into an 8-pin octal socket (OT08PC, sold separately), DIN rail or surface mounted. Power: 5 W max. It operates from -40 to +70 °C. Approvals: UL 508 (OT08PC octal socket required), CE.
