The Littelfuse SymCom 520CP-115-RX-30 is a 3-phase pump current monitor (current monitoring relay). 3-phase pump current monitor: overcurrent, undercurrent, current unbalance, single phasing, phase reversal and rapid cycling; restarts after programmable delays (RD1 rapid-cycle, RD2 after overload, RD3 after underload) -- for submersible, booster, RO, centrifugal, vertical turbine, oil well and chemical pumps. Two independent relays: the right energizes on start-up, the left on a fault once all restart attempts are used (RD1 in minutes). It trips on over and undercurrent. Control power: 115V AC.
Current range: Up to 5 A full scale (CT secondary). Trip delay: Programmable; 0.5 s fixed on single-phase or reverse-phase. Restart delay: Programmable RD1 / RD2 / RD3 restart delays. Reset: Automatic after the restart delay, with programmable restart counts. Start-up delay: For motors that ramp up in 4 s or less. Setting accuracy: Trip point ±2%; timing ±25%, ±1 s. Status: 3-digit alphanumeric display: setpoints and last fault.
Output: 2 SPDT relays, independent, 10 A general purpose. Sensor: Three external current transformers (sold separately). Mounting: Surface Mount. Dimensions: 209.55 x 133.35 x 82.55 mm (8.25 x 5.25 x 3.25 in), H x W x D. Power: 5 W.
