The Littelfuse SymCom ALT-230-S-SW is an alternating relay (duplexor) that alternates two pumps or other loads to balance their run time. Control: One float, pressure switch or other isolated contact (single high-level float). Manual / automatic switch forces one pump to run every time the float closes (for repair or testing). A 0.5 s debounce delay keeps waves or splashing in the tank from switching it.
Supply: 230V AC (195...250 V). Output: 1C SPDT; pilot duty 480 VA at 240 V AC. Plugs into an 8 pin octal socket. Dimensions: 44.45 x 60.33 x 104.78 mm (1.75 x 2.375 x 4.125 in), H x W x D with socket. Power: 5 W max.
It operates from -40 to +50 °C. Approvals: UL 508 (OT08PC socket required), CSA C22.2 No. 14.
