The Littelfuse L75QS040 is a 40 A high-speed semiconductor fuse, rated 750 VDC.
A high-speed (semiconductor) fuse clears a fault fast enough to protect power semiconductors -- diodes, thyristors, IGBTs -- in drives, rectifiers and UPS systems.
Interrupting rating: 50 kA DC. Pre-arcing I²t 153 A²s.
Construction: bolted tags with slotted mounting holes.
