The Littelfuse L70S350 is a 350 A high-speed semiconductor fuse, rated 700 VAC / 650 VDC.
A high-speed (semiconductor) fuse clears a fault fast enough to protect power semiconductors -- diodes, thyristors, IGBTs -- in drives, rectifiers and UPS systems.
Interrupting rating: 200 kA AC; 20 kA DC. Pre-arcing I²t 19000 A²s.
Construction: bolted tags; figure 2.
