The Littelfuse L50QS350 is a 350 A high-speed semiconductor fuse, rated 500 VAC / 500 VDC.
A high-speed (semiconductor) fuse clears a fault fast enough to protect power semiconductors -- diodes, thyristors, IGBTs -- in drives, rectifiers and UPS systems.
Interrupting rating: 200kA AC; 50kA DC. Pre-arcing I²t 14246 A²s.
Construction: bolted tags with slotted mounting holes.
