The Littelfuse L25S100 is a 100 A high-speed semiconductor fuse, rated 250 VAC / 250 VDC.
A high-speed (semiconductor) fuse clears a fault fast enough to protect power semiconductors -- diodes, thyristors, IGBTs -- in drives, rectifiers and UPS systems.
Interrupting rating: 200 kA AC; 20 kA DC.
Construction: bolted tags.
